This is a dietary supplement and should be taken regularly for the best results. Place this tincture in 2 oz of your favorite beverage 1-2 times a day.  If you are new to herbal medicine or medicinal mushrooms, start slow and work your way up to the dosage that works best for you.  (If you have an auto-immune disorder this blend is not recommended due to the immune-stimulating effect of Chaga.  Please see our 3-mushroom blend tincture instead.)
