From garden to cup, this is an herb we grow, harvest, dry, and package ourselves.
A Traditional Women's Herb
Raspberry leaf has a long history of use in traditional Western herbalism, particularly in women's wellness practices. It has traditionally been prepared as a nourishing herbal tea and is perhaps best known for its historical association with women's reproductive wellness.
Women's Wellness Support
Raspberry leaf has traditionally been used throughout different stages of a woman's life and has a particularly long history of use in herbal practices surrounding menstruation and pregnancy.
Naturally Occurring Plant Compounds
Raspberry leaves naturally contain tannins, flavonoids, and a variety of vitamins and minerals. As with other whole herbs, the amounts present in a prepared cup of tea will vary according to growing conditions, preparation, and serving size.
Caffeine-Free Herbal Infusion
Raspberry leaf is naturally caffeine-free and has a pleasant, earthy flavor that makes it well suited for drinking on its own or blending with other herbs.
How to Make a Hot Herbal Infusion
Directions
- Place 1–3 tablespoons of dried raspberry leaf into a tea strainer in your mug or teapot.
- Heat fresh water just to a boil.
- Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover.
- Steep for 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the desired strength.
- Strain and enjoy.
A longer steep produces a stronger, more robust herbal infusion and may also result in a more bitter or astringent flavor.
Ingredients:
Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus).
Naturally caffeine-free.

Raspberry leaf has a long history of traditional use during pregnancy; however, pregnancy is also a time when individual medical circumstances matter.
