American Scullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) dried herb, grain ethanol menstruum, distilled water
 
This dried herb tincture has a sedative action.  Scullcap has antispasmodic and analgesic (anodyne) properties, which translates as a nervous system pain reliever.  It is helpful for insomnia, chronic stress, and tension headaches or migraines.  
 
Warning: Scullcap has been known to cause headaches when taken in large doses.
 
Place on or under the tongue. A common side effect of this application is a burning sensation.  If this method is too strong for you then place the drops in your favorite beverage. Everybody reacts differently, so start slow and work your way up to the dosage that works best for you.
